How the Golf 365 Performance Program works

No matter the current season, the program starts with a specialized Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf-Specific Movement Screen using our state-of-the-art Kinotek Motion Capturing Technology, which will identify any physical limitations. Once complete, we will use those results to design a customized training cycle for you, beginning with current season.

To prevent injuries and stay in top shape, every athlete must train all year round. That is exactly why all successful professional golfers and athletes break down their training cycles into seasons. For Golfers, programming should look like this:

  • Off -Season – Mid-December until March
  • Pre-Season – March through Mid-April
  • In-Season – April through October
  • Post-Season – November through Mid-December
