Step 1: Schedule Your Discovery Call
Start your journey by scheduling a FREE 15-minute Discovery Call with us. During this call, we will:
- Get to know you and understand your unique goals and challenges.
- Explore your vision for success and what matters most to you.
Step 2: Prescribe an Individualized Action Plan
During your Discovery Call, we will schedule you for your FREE 30 Minute Wellness Session. In this meeting, we will:
- Learn more details about your overall health
- Gain an understanding of your health concerns, health history and past fitness experiences.
- Help set Your Goals and Your Timeline
- Design a customized action plan that’s just right for you
Step 3: One-on-One Onboarding Session
Your first session will be one-on-one with one of our fitness specialists. You’ll start with our Initial Movement Screen utilizing our state-of-the-art Kinotek Advanced Motion Capturing Technology to determine how well your body moves, identify any limitations or weaknesses, and find where your body may need to get stronger.
From there you will go through our Level 1 Fitness Assessment to determine the proper starting point for you. Once we gather this important information, we will develop your customized training program based on your current fitness level, designed to fit into your lifestyle.
At the end of your first week, you will have your own 6-week personal training program designed to help you achieve your goals.
Step 4: Start your Personalized Semi-Private Training Program
Our semi-private personal training is conducted in a 4 to 1 member/coach ratio with our elite training team. With customized workouts designed specifically to align with your individual goals and fitness level, this type of training keeps you motivated and learning in every session! Semi-Private Personal Training allows for all the benefits of personal training but at a lower cost ($37-$42 a session).
Each time you come into the gym one of our fitness professionals will be ready with your personal workout and will instruct you throughout your entire session.
We will help guide you in proper form and technique to help you train effectively without injury, as well as make any modifications and adjustments. Additionally, we’ll provide nutrition coaching along the way to support your fitness journey
We recommend attending a minimum of 2 to 3 times per week to see results. Every 6 weeks, we will re-design your custom program to make sure you continue seeing results as you progress through yourFitness Journey.
