Owner

“Inspire Others” is the core of my belief system. After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Kinesiology I’ve enjoyed “inspiring others” to help them attain their fitness goals ever since. For the past 25 years I have worked with a wide range of populations and genders in becoming more toned, flexible and energized. Through my vast experience and studying under some of the top leaders in the health and wellness industry I was able to develop a Proprietary Training System that helps our members achieve the optimal results they desire as well as to live healthier lives – stronger, thinner and healthier. My specialties include healthy weight loss and fitness programs along with back pain and shoulder rehabilitative programs for Golfers as well as for those looking to return to daily living activities.

My career started at Talamore Country Club in Ambler Pa where I have written many fitness articles and produced fitness videos for the members as well for local magazines and newspapers. I appeared on the Beasley Reece Sports Wrap Up Show providing fitness tips for golfers.

For the past 8 years, our incredible teammates and I have built Motivate Fitness into one of the top health and wellness clubs in the Montgomery and Bucks County areas. The concierge health and wellness program we’ve built has been proven to help people with all types of maladies return to a healthier lifestyle, with more energy and strength to enjoy their lives to the fullest.

Coach

Tim’s love for personal training and coaching began as a young athlete while playing a variety of sports throughout high school. Tim went to college to study Kinesiology at Temple University to pursue his dream of helping others achieve their life and fitness goals.

Tim graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Temple and has been working with Bill at Motivate Fitness since 2018. He achieved his certifications for personal training as well as specialty certifications for golf fitness instructions through Titleist Performance Institute.

During his time he has worked with a variety of clients from younger sports athletes training for speed, power, and agility, to our older population of clients looking for more pain-free functional fitness. It is very rewarding for Tim to help guide each person toward a healthy lifestyle and a future of fitness.

Coach

Chris Grant brings more than 30 years of personal experience as a dedicated yoga practitioner, along with formal yoga teaching certification and a lifelong passion for helping people move, breathe, and feel better. His extensive background in yoga has given him a deep understanding of flexibility, mobility, body awareness, breath, and the relationship between movement and overall well-being. Chris brings this experience to every session, adapting his approach to meet each client where they are and helping them develop greater freedom and confidence in their movement.

For the past three years, Chris has specialized in assisted stretching therapy, combining his yoga background with professional stretching education and hands-on experience. As the Lead Stretch Therapist at Motivate Fitness, Chris works with members to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and functional movement—helping them get more out of their training and maintain an active lifestyle as they age. His approach is centered on personalized care, purposeful movement, and the belief that staying strong is only part of the equation; mobility, recovery, and the ability to move well are essential to long-term health and vitality.

Mascot

Piper is the Motivate Fitness team mascot. She is a 9 year old labradoodle who loves eating biscuits all day and keeping an eye on our members, making sure they are working hard. She also gives them the occasional bark or kiss, for encouragement.
