What is The Motivate Fitness Golf 365 Performance Program?

 

Golf fitness focuses on improving a golfer’s physical capabilities to enhance their performance on the course. It involves exercises and training programs designed to improve:

  • Strength: Building muscle strength, particularly in the core, legs, and upper body, to generate more power in swings.
  • Flexibility: Enhancing range of motion to achieve a more fluid and effective swing.
  • Stability/Balance: Improving stability to maintain control throughout the swing.
  • Endurance: Increasing stamina to maintain performance throughout a round of golf.
  • Coordination: Enhancing hand-eye coordination and overall body coordination for better precision.

Strength, Flexibility, Stability/Balance, and endurance in our spine, hips, shoulders and golf specific muscles are all essential components of a quality golf fitness program. Any physical limitations or weaknesses in these areas can increase the chance of injury as well as dramatically affect your golf swing.

To prevent injuries and stay in top shape every athlete must train all year round.

That is exactly why all successful professional golfers and athlete’s break down their training cycles into FOUR specific seasons. For Golfers it should look like this: 

  • Pre-Season – March through April
  • In-Season – April through October
  • Post-Season – October through November
  • Off -Season - November through February

 

 How The Golf 365 Performance ProgramWorks:

 NO matter what season you are in, the program starts with a specialized golf specific movement screening using our state-of-the-art Kinotek Motion Capturing Technology that will identify any physical limitations that can dramatically affect the efficiency of your golf swing. Once complete we will use those results to design a customized training cycle for you based on what season you are entering.

Each program will last for 4-6 weeks where you will work with one of our certified professionals 2-3x per week to ensure that you are performing the exercises exactly as prescribed in order to maximize the benefits of the program.

 

We specifically designed the Golf 365 Performance Program to address any physical limitations or weaknesses in your golf specific muscles that can lead to inconsistent swings and miss hits. It is also season specific which is why it is imperative that you train all year long. The reason is, if you stop training your body will become de-conditioned and lose muscle, leading to loss of swing speed, power, flexibility and endurance setting you up for injuries and some bad golf!
