Alaina Villanueva
Alaina discovered yoga in 2013 as a means to cope with anxiety. She loved the way putting her body in difficult postures taught her how to breathe through uncomfortable situations in her day to day life. She fell in love from the start and knew she wanted to share her practice. She completed a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at the Prancing Peacock in Yardley Pa in 2015. Alaina's favorite past time is reading and she will often theme her classes around what she has learned. Her classes will be challenging and empower you!
